Council - Les Echévins
The Echévins assist members of Council with various duties including attendance at Caveaux openings in London and the provinces. All but Sue Bancroft are Maître-Sabreurs.
Anthony Jewell TD
Tony is in the fashion business and is an active member of the HAC. He is responsible for furthering the investiture of the British Chevaliers of the International Order and maintaining contacts with the City.
Peter Richards
Peter has many years experience in the hospitality trade, latterly as general manager of various leading hotels. His devotion also to wine has been helped by having a sabbatical year, gaining a diploma in wines and spirits and many other qualifications. He is studying to become a Master of Wine.
Malcolm Noblett
Malcolm is a marketing professional and now runs his own business, Solidus Trusts, which markets tax planning solutions to financial intermediaries across the country
Ken Chapronière
Ken has his own Event organisation buisness and is widely experienced in producing anything from a musical soiree to a full banquest, seminars and corporate entertainment. He is also a professional Toastmaster.
Lady Purvis (Sue Bancroft )
Sue was for many years a professional marketing director. Today she still handles a number of smaller but important clients with particular needs in public relations as well as marketing a new hotel and restaurant.
Nathan Evans
Nathan is is Operations Director for Boisdale Plc with Restaurants in Belgravia, Bishopsgate, Kensington and the Lamb at Hindon. He has a wide experience of the hospitality trade having previously run wine bars within the Davy's Group.
