Champagne Sabrage and substantial canapés at 'Smith & Wollensky' just off The Strand on 1st February 2017. Many guests completed their novice Sabrage at this event, producing an almost endless supply of Perrier-Jouet. This was enjoyed with some excellent seafood and of course the restaurant's signature steak dishes. Grand Commandeur of the Confrérie, Nathan Evans, runs the show at S&W and was on hand (along with Ambassadeur Gerard) to intronise the many new people at this event.
